Audio Visual Guide

Planning To Use A Laptop, Projector, iPad Or Other Equipment?

Event Management venues are equipped with an array of audio visual equipment that varies by location.

Before your event, ask yourself what kind of equipment you'll need access to and make sure that you are prepared to test everything one day prior to your event.

While Event Management staff is available to handle issues around basic functionality, we may not be able to troubleshoot your issue successfully if it is more advanced or occurs in the middle of your event. For this reason, it is always a good idea to advise Media Services of your audio visual needs prior to the event.
